How I got here.
I've been running operations for small businesses for over two decades. Twenty-eight years of long-term rental property management. Fourteen years of starting and managing short-term rental businesses on modern platforms. Nineteen years administering a non-profit through every kind of growth and crisis. Seven years running operations for a residential services company. And earlier in my career, banking.
All of that experience taught me one thing: the small-business owners I worked alongside needed exactly the kind of operations help I'd been quietly providing my whole career. Not a VA executing tasks. Not a consultant offering frameworks. A steady, experienced operations person who would learn their business, run the back office, and free them up to do what only they can do.
I know what it's like to be the owner because I've been one — multiple times, across decades. I also know how to support owners, because I've done that as Operations Manager, Non-Profit Administrator, and across every role that needed someone reliable on the operations side.
Admin Solutions OC is what happened when I decided to bring that work to other small-business owners directly.
