Admin Solutions OC

Pricing.

Three tiers. Honest math. Free 30-min consult.

What is 15 to 20 hours of your time, every week, actually worth?

Your hours — the ones you'd be spending closing deals, growing the business, building what you started this for — or just being home with your family. That number is what you're spending on operations work right now.

Most small-business owners try to handle this three ways before they hire a senior operations partner:

Approach Cost Coverage Trade-off
Doing it yourself $0 cash 0% — you're doing it 15-20 hrs/week of your time, every week. Variable coverage, no growth, burnout risk.
Part-time admin alone ~$38,634/yr loaded for 20 hrs/wk ~40% of what you actually need You still do the rest.
Admin + part-time bookkeeper + occasional consultant $60,000–$70,000/yr ~80% coverage You supervise multiple people.
Admin Solutions OC at $55/hr × 15-20 hrs/wk $42,900–$57,200/yr 100% coverage, no supervision One experienced person handling all of it, and your time back.

Three engagement tiers

Every engagement is scoped to your specific business. These tiers are starting points — the actual scope is built together during the free consult.

Light Touch

5–10 hrs/week

~$1,100–$2,200 / month

Best for: solo operators — real estate agents, contractors, STR owners, individual professionals.

Steady Support

15–20 hrs/week

~$3,300–$4,400 / month

Best for: growing small businesses with 1–15 employees needing full back-office coverage.

Project Sprint

Custom scope

Quoted after consult

Best for: one-off deliverables — STR launch, software rollout, SOP build, onboarding playbook, fundraising event coordination.

Engagement terms

  • $55/hour standard rate for all ongoing work.
  • 3-month minimum commitment for ongoing engagements (project-based work excluded).
  • Free 30-minute consult before any engagement to scope needs and confirm fit.
  • Buildable & customizable — every engagement is scoped to your specific needs; hours and tasks scale up or down as the business changes.

Why $55/hour?

Above part-time admin pricing ($30/hr base) — clearly above admin work.

Below fractional consultant pricing ($100+/hr) — clearly small-biz-friendly.

At 15-20 hrs/wk, you get 100% coverage at the same dollar zone as the layered alternative (admin + bookkeeper + consultant). Same money, one accountable point of contact, senior judgment.

One number, one promise. Easier to say yes to than a three-tier consultant agreement.

Frequently asked questions

What's actually included in the hourly rate?
All operations work — admin, client relations, project management, vendor coordination, light bookkeeping, staff onboarding. No tiered "this costs extra" surprises. Specialty work (STR operations) is quoted to scope, not billed at a premium hourly rate.
How is this different from hiring an admin?
An admin executes tasks you assign. I run the operations function — I see what needs to happen, set up the systems, and handle it end-to-end. Senior judgment, not entry-level execution.
What's the 3-month minimum about?
Operations work compounds — the first month is mostly learning your business and setting up systems. Months 2 and 3 are where the time savings show up. A shorter engagement wouldn't be fair to either of us.
Can I change the scope as my business grows or shrinks?
Yes. Every engagement is built around your actual needs. If your business changes, the engagement changes with it — more hours, fewer hours, different focus, whatever fits.
Do you work with my industry?
Probably — the framework transfers. The free consult is where we confirm fit. Direct experience in property management, non-profit, short-term rentals, residential services, real estate, and banking; comfortable working with most small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Mostly remote. Early in an engagement — the learning phase — I'll be on-site more often to get hands-on with your systems, your team, and how things actually run. After that, I'm typically on-site about twice a month, or as needed. We'll figure out the right rhythm for your business.
What happens during the free 30-min consult?
We talk through what's on your plate, what you need handled, and whether we're a good fit. No pitch, no pressure. If we are a good fit, the next step is a scoped proposal.
What if it's not working out?
After the 3-month minimum, ongoing engagements run month-to-month with 30 days' written notice on either side. No surprise penalties, no long-term lock-in.
