STR start-up: I get your rental ready to host — platform listings (Airbnb, Vrbo, and more), TOT registration, system setup and operational checklists, and hands-on guest preparation including furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, and everything else a guest expects on arrival.

Ongoing operations: listing optimization and guest attraction, pricing strategy, vendor coordination, supplies coordination, TOT filings, owner reporting, preparation for guests, and the operational layer that keeps a rental portfolio profitable.
